Who is qualified to make educational purchases?
Qualified individuals are those who acquire educational software products for their own personal use but not for further distribution or transfer and who have presented to the reseller appropriate identification of current status as student, staff, or faculty.
Proof of Eligibility:
The eligibility standard requires that the individual be currently enrolled as a CSUS full-time or part-time matriculated student. A student must prove their eligibility by presenting a valid CSUS Identification Card. Faculty and staff must prove their eligibility by presenting a valid CSUS Identification Card.
What does Educational "End User" mean?
Educational "End user" means an individual entity acquiring Educational Software Products for its own use (or in the case of an entity, for use by its faculty, staff, or student) but not for resale or redistribution.
